Chantry Bowmen Great Western

Taking place: Saturday 13th October 2018

A two-way Great Western for longbow shooters - 5 dozen at 60 yards, 5 dozen at 50 yards. BLBS rules will apply. The tournament is open to longbow archers who are members of the BLBS or the GNAS. Sherry and fruit cake throughout the day. To be held at The Phoenix Sports & Social Club, Pavillion Lane, Bawtry Road, Brinsworth, Rotherham S60 5PA.

Taking place: Saturday 13th October 2018

Tassel Award status double one-way GNAS clout. Ideal practice for the National Clout the following Saturday. To be held at Hopgrove Playing Fields, York YO32 9TE.

Record Status and Tassel Award status double one-way GNAS clout, for the national clout titles. To be hosted by Bronte Archers at Rawdon Meadows, Harrogate Road, Apperley Bridge, Bradford BD10 0NN.

Pennine Archers Hallowe'en Zombie Shoot 2018

Taking place: Friday 26th October 2018

Zombie round, held indoors on a Friday evening to get you in the Hallowe'en Spirit. Sessions at 6:00 PM and at 8:30 PM. To be held at Unit 35, Colne Valley Business Park, Linthwaite, Huddersfield HD7 5QD.

Dearne Valley Combined WA Field incorporating the YAA and Open Field Championships 2018

Taking place: Saturday 27th October and Sunday 28th October 2018

Arrowhead and Record Status Combined FITA Field round. Unmarked FITA 24 on Saturday, Marked FITA 24 on Sunday.
The Marked round on Sunday will decide the awards of the Yorkshire Archery Association Field Championships 2018.
To be hosted by Dearne Valley Archery Club at Savin Royd Woods, Haigh Lane, Haigh Village, near Woolley (M1, J38).

Taking place: Sunday 4th November 2018

York Archers Society Double Portsmouth

Taking place: Sunday 11th November 2018

Double Portsmouth competition. Scores from morning and afternoon will be combined for the results. Recurves on single spot faces, compounds on vertical three-spot faces. To be held at Sandburn Hall, Flaxton, York YO60 7RB.

Chantry D&DAA Indoor Championships

Taking place: Sunday 25th November 2018

Formerly the Doncaster & District Archery Association Indoor Championships. An open Portsmouth round for all bow types. Five dozen arrows at 20 yards on 60cm faces. Compound archers will shoot at vertical 3 spot faces. All bosses are foam layer type with ful backstop netting provided. GNAS rules apply.
Morning and afternoon sessions. Archers can shoot in either or both sessions, but if shooting in both, only the morning session score will count for purpose of awards. Entry fees are per archer, per session.
To be held at Sheffield Hallam University Sports Facility, Bawtry Road, Brinsworth, Sheffield, S9 1WA - one of the. if not THE, best indoor venues in Yorkshire - well, at least we think so!
This is a very popular shoot, so much so, it's full weeks before the tournament takes place, so get your completed entry form in ASAP.

UK Record Status Double Worcester round, in honour of the late Audrey Lawrence. To be hosted by Chantry Bowmen at Sheffield Hallam University Sports Ground, Bawtry Road, Brinsworth, Rotherham S9 1WA.

York Archers Society Worcester

Taking place: Saturday 30th December 2018

York Archers Society invite you to their Worcester shoot. Worcester round. Morning and afternoon sessions - if shooting both sessions, only the first will count for purposes of awards. Recurves on single spot faces, compounds on five-spot faces. As usual, dress regulations are relaxed - after all, it's Christmas! To be held at Sandburn Hall, Flaxton, York YO60 7RB.

Taking place: Sunday 13th January 2019

UK Record Status Double Portsmouth round. To be held at Queen Elizabeth Grammar School, Wakefield. Please note that there will be no awards or reduced fees for single Portsmouth entries.

York Archers Society Yorkshire Combined Tournament

Taking place: Sunday 24th February 2019

A Portsmouth round in the morning and a Worcester round in the afternoon, with the scores being combined for the final results. Recurves, barebows and longbow on single spot faces, compounds on multi-spot faces. To be held at Sandburn Hall, Flaxton, York YO60 7RB.

Archers of Bridlington & Burton Agnes 7th ABBA Dabba Do Longbow Shoot

Taking place: Saturday 14th March 2018

One way Western round for longbow archers, shot to BLBS rules. Bacon butties available on arrival and sherry served after two dozen arrows. An Agincourt volley will be shot. To be held at Burton Agnes Sports Club, Rudston Road, Burton Agnes, Driffield YO25 4NE.
